Matt Fradin, Sr. Business/Legal Advisor 

Matt Fradin is a former Larry Bird protégé who gave up his NBA ambitions and turned to coaching girls basketball due to his lack of height, skill and getting old. Today, he is a senior corporate lawyer who leads complex transactions in a variety of industries. His work includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other commercial transactions, both domestic and international. He is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School where he teaches a course on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He also enjoys mentoring young people, participating in programs with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Philadelphia’s Constitution High School, and other diverse programs. Matt enjoys many extreme sports including shuffleboard and pickleball, but is not a big curling fan. He is a proud Girl Dad of two and lives with his wife and daughters in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (insert favorite Jersey Shore or Sopranos joke here).
