Apple

Apple’s manufacturing plant in China is trying to be more kid friendly. They have implemented a few new things to make working for Apple a more enjoyable career.  Apple has changed the netting outside the windows into trampolines. The trampolines allow the kids to take a quick break and jump out the window and instantly and in a fun way placed back inside the building. Apple has even allowed kids to earn Apple watches that they have put together. This will allow kids to get credit for their steps and or bounces. They even are implementing a take your parents to work day to spruce up the fun inside the buildings. If all goes well, they may even allow the kids to take a lunch break away from their workstation. Apple is hoping these changes will make for a more kid friendly work environment and change the image they currently are experiencing.
