Arkansas is Allowing Razor Blades in Apples on Halloween

Arkansas has had an interesting take on capital punishment. The state has decided on Halloween to allow inmates in maximum security prisons to eat apples with razor blades. This is a quick way to eliminate the scum of the earth with a delicious treat. This is only designated to green apples for this first year of the new law being enacted. The goal is to get to smaller apples and larger razor blades.
