As companies in the US evolve and remote work grows in waves, employees have truly taken on the role of autonomy in its purest form. CEO Bronce Buttinme has found away to fully retain his staff over the last 36 months.
Bronce had this to say, “I let my employees to whatever the F$#$ they want……anything from heading to the beach…..flinging boogers on the wall (they don’t have to clean them up since it is their home)…..going to the bathroom with the door open and taking pictures of shits that must win awards and the pictures goes to your mom….lastly, I allow them to play in the neighborhood pool and play ding dong ditch as long as they are fully nude!”
One employee had this to say during a most recent interview with ABC, “Ok, I will put my clothes on for only this interview….anyways, I have done everything I can to get fired from this place…… to giving the CEO a wedgy and telling him his dead grandma hates him……nothing works…anyways, I can’t wait to get fired or at least get close!”
