Evolution of Autonomous Cars Takes Off

Autonomous cars are still ways away from taking off, however they are the way of future for many reasons. However, many people are still uncomfortable with the idea of a driver not being present. Bill Slonger has created a solution to this valid concern.  He has staffed several blind people who sit in the drivers seat who appear to be the drivers. All of the autonomous cars look exactly like cabs and this creates far less concerns for passengers. We spoke with Bill and here is what he had to say, “We are getting sued at the moment because some of our passengers have figured out that the drivers are blind…….I guess it didn’t help that the autonomous technology wasn’t working, forcing the blind drivers to drive and steer the cars to safety…..so far the 3 drivers involved did get each passenger inside the restaurant…I mean to the restaurant…..shit, didn’t mean to say that…….ok, they each drove directly into the buildings, but they made it to each establishment on time!” We did speak with one of the drivers and here is what he had to say, “The car technology did not work….and the truth is I am faking this blind shit because we get paid real well….please don’t put that in print….fnnnn GPS took me right into a building or at a building…..I think………..look, I got them to where they wanted to go…..and I made good money……and I also got an acting gig…..my most recent passenger is a casting director for many movies for the blind….said I really looked blind….odd thing, is he is blind!”
