Fighting Kids

Howard Slayer is suing the American Cancer Foundation, and the reason might just surprise you. Turns out Howard donated 10 thousand dollars to help fight kids with cancer and he feels he did not get what he said he paid for. Howard explained, “I hate kids and I hate cancer so when I saw the opportunity to fight kids with cancer I signed up. I gave ten thousand of my hard-earned money to the cause, but they refused to set up the fight. I called several times, and they laughed me off the phone every time. I said I didn’t care what kind of cancer, it could be a kid with Leukemia, lymphoma or neuroblastoma, I just wanted to fight kids with cancer, and they wouldn’t let me. I specifically wrote a letter with my check that said I want to help fight kids with cancer, and I wasn’t sure who I would be helping out but I was sure it was someone who hated kids and cancer just as much as me, so I wanted in. I have been having trouble securing an attorney for this lawsuit so I have been online getting my law degree which should take another 2 weeks and then I can finally submit my lawsuit but, in the meantime, I would be willing to settle this out of court and inside a ring, MMA style.
