Food Stamps for Mail Stamps

Congress reconvened and decided that food stamps can now be used to purchase real mailing stamps. Additionally, you can use food stamps on your mail as a real stamp. They also decided it would be cool to make food stamps edible since they are “food stamps”.

There seems to be excitement around the idea to make food stamps an appetizer at the Ritz Carlton in Calabasas, CA. The CEO of “The Ritz” had this to say, “I have no idea where we are going with this crazy ass idea……but these stamps do in fact taste good……I put my kids on them since I kicked them out of the house…..now they have something to eat!”
