Grocery Store Q&A

Share

Every grocery store realizes the importance of customer service. At MPL we recently had a chance to visit a grocery store right outside of Ontario. We overheard some of the most interesting advice from the customer service team as they were helping customers over the lunch hour. Here is some of the Q&A we were able to capture:

Customer #1: Where the razor blades for men’s shaving?

Customer Service Team: They are in the apple aisle. You will have to bite each apple, eventually you will find the razors.

Customer #2: How is the ice cream selection?

Customer Service Team: Here is a spoon, feel free to sample each carton.

Customer #3: Do you have restrooms in the store?

Customer Service Team: We do, but would you really want to take a shit in a grocery store bathroom? I mean, shitting in your car might be faster and cleaner. Just being honest.

Customer #4:  I am having a tough time finding a few items and honestly pretty confused with the store layout

Customer Service Team: Oh, heck Dave over there can help you out. He is blind and deaf. He is pretty confused. Sounds like you guys can relate.

At MPL, we can only hope customer service at the grocery store continues to flourish.
