As we age eating healthier has become more important. Dr. David Foodee recently began conducting research on the importance of a healthy diet for people that live into their 90’s. Here is what he had to say, “I am 97 and my balls are 200…..I eat like shit….drink……and rarely eat fruit or my greens…..never have enough ice cream in the house…I am 97……this diet shit is stupid…do thi…..eat all you want….don’t work out and see how long you can live eating with no caution…..well, here I am at 97….I smell like shit….I am fat….but I am still alive…….had to move out of my house….mainly because I didn’t fit in it anymore…….and my wife sleeps in a separate room now…because the two of us can’t fit in the same room……..but I am 97 and a Harvard grad….by the way…YALE SUCKS and so did the dorm food!”
