Human Resource Policies Change

“Hillman Modeling Agency” in Podunk, Florida has a set of unique Human Resource policies and procedures. Many which have come under fire as of late. Herbert Smalley president and CEO of Hillman Modeling has a set of policies his models must agree to before they can be hired.
We asked Herb, as he likes to be called, about his most controversial HR policy and he said, “Most people get offended by our policy that states if you are not being sexually harassed, you are not good looking enough to be here policy. The funny thing about this policy is that it’s mostly the ugly chicks that get upset about. The great thing about that is, they don’t want to work here, and we don’t want their ugly asses here either, so it’s progress for this fffd up company.”
He went on to say “Hey, I am not a bad guy and we are not sexist company at all!” I was invited into the agency to look around and Herb even stated that there was a “Look but you gotta touch policy”. I decline to say whether I took him up on his offer, but I will say if you are in Podunk Florida, you need to check out Hillman Modeling. The décor is amazing. He did go onto say, “The employees want a casual dress code……we decided to allow shorts…..no bras….no pants…come in topless…..all the men seem to be cool with this new policy…..I just wish we had less men on the staff….really makes work distracting seeing men with no pants or shirts on…so far, the policy is great for recruiting!”
