HVRBO Profitable

David Domicile launched HVRBO back in Q1 of 2022 and had a profitable endeavor from the start. Every Super Bowl week, he lets homeless people stay in homes he rents out during Super Bowl weekend. He continually invests in properties where the Super Bowl designation is located. The homeless crowd is grateful thinking they had a free ride to stay in these homes. Well, that is not the case and as you would guess that is also why David has a company that is EBIDTA positive. The second they check out of one of his beautiful homes, they are in fact given an unexpected invoice. When they choose not to pay, they are sued, and David wins every time in small claims court. Here is what David had to say, “Look, I feel bad they are homeless…..however, I don’t feel bad about making shit loads of money….when they check-in, they do sign a document that states they won’t destroy the home….then again, in microscopic print it states they will be billed at the end of their stay……well, you can make money off the homeless and still give them a nice place to live……I did it and got rich!”
