Loyalty Points Thief on The Loose
Share
Companies across the US are trying to drive customer retention and find incremental sales. However, there has been a new form of theft in town called STOLENPOINTS. This all stemmed in Nashville when a resident we would like to keep nameless named Howard Kushmenow started stealing other people’s points. It started with his Subway Club card….sneaking in between customers as they lined up for the quick pick and roll to get their hole punches. Howard didn’t stop there as he realized phone numbers are often the hook into loyalty programs when you arrive at the register to pay for your groceries…gas….food etc. As of today, Howard has not paid for food…flights….hotels…….gas……or his mom’s birthday gift in 10 years. Howard had this to say, “I feel terrible….because I am not hitting my goals…and I am goal oriented….I want more and I gotta hit these these goals and get to platinum level for all airline carriers…not making my goals is diminishing my self-esteem…I did hire coach Danielle to get me to be world-class in points….yes, I LOVE free shit and give me your points you fnnnn moron!”
