Last month, the Legal Counsel for Hormel tried to sue “the world” to stop using the word Spam as a derogatory internet slang.  However, the judge threw out the suit as frivolous.  Also, the Counsel tried to sue to world to stop using the words “Maps” and “Pams” but the judge threw those out as well, when she found out that he was just dyslexic.

Subway has been accused for few years of “not having ANY actual tuna” in their tuna. In response their legal team finally said, “Yes we do have T.U.N.A.!”

In diversity news, a Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese lawyer started the first Asian law firm in Alabama:  HU, GYOZA, PHUC

Famous Entertainment lawyer John Bender was sued for sexual harassment in 2020, and said, “I can’t believe this but Sugartits, Thunderthighs and HooverLips are all suing me for sexual misconduct at work! This just came outta nowhere!!”  Having settled out of court, he has now formed a new practice with his lawyers Dudley Down and Rick Bohner.  Their new firm of Bender, Down and Bohner specializes in defending clients accused of sexual harassment.

*Our own Stuart Senip almost became a lawyer, following in his father’s footsteps.  However, he said, “I could never be a lawyer…  Never met a bar I could pass.”
