NHL and WPHL Merge

As the popularity of the NHL has grown, it has also opened the doors to the WPHL (Women’s Professional Hockey League). Additionally, there has been an influx of NCAA programs adding women’s hockey programs. The NHL has felt a need to focus on the hand eye coordination skills that come with the game. With that said, some new rules have been added that will help female players increase the level of their game:

• All male players will now be wearing a clear athletic supporter that is affixed to the outside of their hockey breezers. The NHL feels that this small change will greatly help female players elevate there hockey IQ and provide full visibility on the ice and Mikey’s balls
• Female players will have additional pads for safety. Additionally, male players can only check female players to the second level of the rafters a few times for the duration of the game
• If you break your stick, you can now cry (both male and female players will abide by this new rule)
• During MOVEMBER women players can grow a mustache

The NHL is excited to welcome female players to their current rosters.
