Pee-Wee’s Sandwich

May Pee-wee Herman rest in peace, as he will be missed by millions across the globe. Many people will remember Paul Ruebens for the laughter he provided during their childhood. Many people have had smiles put on their face over the years as a result of all that Paul Ruebens did for them. Yes, he is wildly known for his childish yet hilarious antics he displayed on Pee-wee’s Playhouse but it’s the sauerkraut Swiss cheese and corned beef on Rye that completely made the world a better more appetizing place to live. It is rumored that Mr. Ruebens invented the sandwich as a joke, thinking that nobody would eat a corned beef sandwich with sauerkraut. To make things more ridiculous he even added cheese to this sandwich and called it a Jewish delicacy. Man, that Pee-wee had some sense of humor and all of us at MPL are saddened by the news of his passing, even the ones who claim this story to be completely false.
