Private Parts go Public…….

For years, we have all told the kids to not discuss their “Private Parts”. However, the state of California now states that the second you say “Private Parts, they become “Public Parts”. The Midwest and the East Coast are in an uproar to keep this policy privatized or is it public? Man that is confusing. Anyways, all nude beaches in Southern California will now state, “Public Parts and anything flopping or wiggly can be displayed between 8am and midnight…..and you are allowed, from a distance, to use high powered binoculars”. This all goes into affect tonight at 2:32AM in a public place.
