Raymon Whitfield loves to sue people. Just 1 year out of law school he sued his parents over advising him to go to law school, it got thrown out. Today Ray as his mom likes to call him, is suing Real Estate agent Carol Lister for false advertising. “I saw her advertisement on the back of a bus with her picture, or what I thought was her picture on it.” Said Ray. “I strictly hired her for her looks, I didn’t even want to buy a new house until I saw her picture on that bus.”
We reached out to Ms. Lister for comment, and she said “The picture on the bus was from two years ago, things change. I lost 75lbs and I am very proud of that accomplishment.”
Ray said “Yes, I like big girls, always have always will. However, Ms. Lister, now goes by the name Carl Lister and yes she, I mean he has a penis. Also, if you print the penis part, I will sue your ass.”
