Where’s The Beef Clara Peller M.D.

Many of us can remember the Wendy’s commercial with that cute little lady named Clara Peller! Her raspy voice and her yelling, “Where’s’ the beef”. Well, there is far more to that story than most ever knew and at MPL, we uncover everything.

Clara was actually a very accomplished Urologist and as you would guess, “Where’s the beef” was a continuing running joke for her while she was at Stanford medical school. Even more interesting, she is still alive and practicing medicine. At 135 years old and a pile of lawsuits she still shouts, “Where’s the beef”. Not to mention she has accidently circumcised every patient for the last 3 decades for no reason. She had this to say, “I can’t see shit, but the insurance carriers give me more money for circumcision procedures…..ahhhh…lunch time…..yum…..hotdiggiedoggie!”
