19 States Approved Permanent Daylight Saving Time and It Is Always 3AM

After further discussion, several states have approved a new daylight savings law that goes into affect immediately. Moving forward, each of these states will have permanent daylight savings and it is always 3AM. Bars and dispensaries in each of these states feel this will be great for business. Additionally, the general population would rather live most of their lives drunk or stoned, preferably both (according to Snoop Dogg).
