Even Dogs Need to Abide by Laws

Today in Portland a dog was arrested for humping a tree in public. The state of Oregon continues to be enforcing laws that have made it difficult for dog life. Oddly the law does not apply to people. We spoke with a local Portland cop and here is what he had to say, “It is about time dogs follow the law….not to mention there is nothing more gross than seeing a dog hump in public…….just glad we are finally making prostitution legal in Portland……Mayor Heidi Fleiss is a gem.”
