Verizon Customer Service Moves to Only Russian Language

Verizon has taken a new direction to make the primary language Russian on all customer service calls in the US. This is a step to increase engagement and longer call times with the customer team. We spoke with a 15 year old customer named Sandy and here is what he had to say, “I was on the call for 89 minutes due to the fact I could not understand them and they could not understand me. I ordered a Russian bride that morning. She came over and translated and solved the problem. I don’t need any blue pills. Heck, everything works now.”
